Fees

INITIAL CONSULTATION/ ASSESSMENT

$242.48 session + $193.99/hr analysis + reporting

• 60 minute initial consultation or assessment session and 15 minutes administration time for session preparation and clinical notes. 

• Assessment analysis and reporting will be charged per hour. 

• The number and duration of assessment sessions and analysis/reporting may vary based on client needs. 

THERAPY SESSION (ONE-ON-ONE)

$193.99

• 45 minute speech therapy session and 15 minutes administration time for session planning, preparation and clinical notes.

TRAVEL EXPENSES

• Mobile sessions will incur travel expenses of up to 30 minutes of time against your appointment.

SMALL GROUP THERAPY SESSION

Prices vary, please contact us for information on small group fees.

• 60 minute small group therapy session with a maximum of two clients per clinician. Includes 15 minutes administration time for session planning, preparation and clinical notes.

REPORTS AND LETTERS

$193.99 /hr

• All reports and letters (e.g. NDIS reviews and equipment/resource support letters) will be charged by the hour.

CANCELLATION FEE

100% OF FEE

• Consistent with NDIS policy, appointment cancellations within 2 business days of the appointment will be charged at 100% of the session fee.

LATE PAYMENT FEE

• To cover administrative costs associated with late payments, overdue payments may be subject to a late fee of 5% of the overdue amount. This fee will accrue each week the account remains overdue.

FUNDING SUPPORT

We’ve got you covered. My Speech Hub provides services under Medicare, the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and private health funds. You may be entitled to funding support through the NDIS, your private health insurance or the Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP).
